By engaging Northbridge Digital ("we", "us", "our") for website design and hosting services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

  • Monthly maintenance and minor updates

3. Pricing and Payment

Setup Fee

  • A one-off setup fee of £199 is payable before work begins
  • This covers design, development, and initial launch of your website

Monthly Fee

  • A recurring fee of £49 per month covers hosting, maintenance, and support
  • Payment is due on the same date each month
  • We accept payment by bank transfer or card

Late Payment

  • Invoices not paid within 14 days may result in suspension of services
  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 4% above the Bank of England base rate

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

6. Website Development

Timeline

  • We aim to complete websites within 7 working days of receiving all required content
  • Delays in receiving content or feedback may extend this timeline

Revisions

  • The setup fee includes up to 2 rounds of revisions during development
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges

Approval

  • Your website will not go live until you provide written approval

7. Hosting and Maintenance

Uptime

  • We aim for 99% website uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible

Updates

  • Monthly fee includes minor text and image updates (up to 30 minutes work per month)
  • Larger changes or new features may be quoted separately

Backups

  • We maintain regular backups of your website
  • We are not liable for data loss beyond our reasonable control

8. Term and Termination

Minimum Term

  • Services are provided on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum contract

Cancellation by You

  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
  • No refund is given for the setup fee or current month's hosting

Cancellation by Us

  • We may terminate services with 30 days notice
  • We may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms

After Termination

  • Upon request and payment of any outstanding fees, we will provide a copy of your website files
  • Your domain name (if registered through us) can be transferred to you

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • We are not responsible for content you provide or how you use your website

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
